When we receive your device we will diagnose the exact problem or problems and inform you of the cost to repair it. If you agree with the suggested repair, your device will be repaired and sent back to you.
Just follow the simple instructions below and in most cases your device will be repaired and back in your hand in about 48 hours.
Note: Shipping and delivery is free for every repair. After the diagnosis, if your device is not fixable, we send it back and you are only charged with the technical check (10€). In case your device is fixable but you decide not to repair, you are charged the technical check (10€). For laptops with a repair cost less than €70, you are charged the cost of the repair plus the shipping cost (€10).

Shipping is free for all packages under 3 kg and highly discounted for larger packages. Note: Please remove and keep your SIM card before sending your device. In case your battery is removable, please remove it and send it separately along with your device.

We will contact you to inform you the cost of your repair. After approval, we will immediately repair and ship back your device the same day for most repairs. Motherboard repairs, liquid damage and a few other difficult repairs can take from 1-7 days to ship back.
You can pay the courier when your device is delivered. If you choose to pay through bank transfer or PayPal, your device will be shipped after the payment has been received.
