I authorize iRepair and its technicians to attempt to repair my device. I release iRepair from liability for any other damage that may occur on my device in the future except for the part or parts that were replaced and guarantees by iRepair in this repair.

In no event will I hold iRepair liable for any damage to the device sent in for repair, loss of data, loss of revenue or profits, or any incidental damages, however caused, before, during or after the service of my device.

I understand that any work performed on this device may void any existing manufacturer’s warranties. iRepair does not assume any liability or warranty in the event that the manufacturer’s warranties are voided.
