The Company uses CCTV, with the sole purpose of protecting and securing persons and their fundamental rights, as well as the protection of corporate property. The processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Company as Processor (Article 6 para. 1 GDPR).
2. Analysis of legitimate interests
The Company’s legitimate interest consists in the need to protect our facilities and the goods located in them, as well as the life, physical integrity and health of our staff and any third party located in the supervised area.
The Company only collects image data (no audio recording) and limits the download to places that we have assessed as having an increased possibility of a security breach, without focusing on places where the privacy of the persons whose image is taken is unduly restricted (e.g. places and toilet vestibules), including their right to respect for personal data.
The data collected by CCTV is in no way used to monitor employees and evaluate their efficiency. The cameras used do not have the ability to rotate and focus (zoom).
In addition, we inform you that the Company takes appropriate security measures to ensure the best possible protection of your personal data and to avoid accidental loss, use or unauthorized access. For this purpose, the Company has established procedures in order to be able to comply with its legal obligations in the event of a personal data breach.

Such material may be transmitted only with the consent of the persons depicted in it, with the sole exception of the following cases in which the transmission takes place:
a) to the victim or the perpetrator of a criminal act and following their specifically justified request, when this data is necessary to be used as evidence for the establishment, exercise or support of legal claims or a criminal act and can contribute to the investigation of the actual incidents or in identifying the perpetrators,
b) to the competent judicial, prosecutorial and police authorities, when it includes information necessary for the investigation of a criminal act, which concerns persons or our goods, or when they request data, legally, in the exercise of their duties.
4. Retention time
As long as the download of stored image data or real-time download does not result in the occurrence of an event falling within the intended purpose, your data is automatically destroyed within fifteen (15) business days at the latest.
In the event that during this period we find an incident affecting our persons or goods, we isolate part of the video and keep it in a separate file for another thirty (30) days, in order to investigate the incident and initiate legal proceedings to defend the rights our interests.
In case the event concerns a third party, the downloads in which the specific event has been recorded are kept in a separate file for three (3) months.

Right to restriction of processing: you have the right to request that we restrict processing, such as not to delete data, which you consider necessary to establish, exercise or support legal claims.
6. How can you exercise your rights?
If you wish to exercise any of your above rights, you can submit your relevant request to the contact details of the Data Controller to whom you wish to contact and which (details) are detailed at the beginning of this information.
In order to consider a request related to your recording, you will need to tell us approximately when you came into range of the cameras and provide us with an image of you to help us identify your own data and mask the data of third-party images.

This deadline may be extended for an additional sixty (60) days if this is deemed necessary at the absolute discretion of our Company, taking into account the complexity of the request and the number of requests.
